Beginners will start by getting used to the water, and then aim to learn the four swimming strokes in stages according to their individual abilities. We will teach you the correct way to swim, and aim to help you swim quickly and beautifully, while providing fun instruction on full-body exercise in the water.

1 Toddlers (middle to senior years)

aims You will learn how to put your face in the water, master the basics of swimming, and the importance of self-rescue in the water. Through learning how to swim with the correct posture and lifesaving, you will learn basic water safety knowledge.

・Lifesaving: Touching lifesaving equipment → Passing through an underwater net → Swimming with a rescue tube, etc.
