Program	Learn how to use your upper body Throw at the target -Catch ground balls, bound balls, and flies Learn the correct catching posture ・Take advantage of the timing and backswing when hitting the ball Hit the thrown ball - Running to first base or running around ・Judge the ball (grounder/fly)

Program	Learn how to use your lower body Throw accurately towards the target -Catch ground balls, bound balls, and flies, and throw to each base ・Perform force play and touch play Hit the thrown ball ・Learn the lead at each base ・Make batting decisions (returning to base, touching up)
