The "4 Run" advocated by the general supervisor "Susumu Takano" aims to improve basic running ability by learning the correct way to run while having fun with music through "rhythmic skipping". In addition, we are conducting "running education activities" that aim to "educate people through sports" and to foster "self-discipline", "self-esteem" and "cooperation" while participating in sports.

Program

1 Elementary school students 1st to 3rd grade (16:00-17:30)

aims Focusing on full-body exercise using the arms and legs, the program aims to teach the basic movements of running while enjoying the fun of running.
Program - Race according to set rules
-Jump a specified distance or height and run to the goal
- Learn the basics of running skills
- Throw a specified object accurately or far away
- Using the given space and tools, students will cooperate with their peers to spontaneously come up with land-based activities
- Use separate lanes and a baton to carry out a relay

2 Elementary school students 4st to 6rd grade (17:30-19:00)

aims We provide basic to specialized running exercises, aiming to improve the running ability, basic skills and physical strength required for the sport you will be aiming for in the future.
Program - Set a goal record and challenge yourself to reach it
・Learn beginner and intermediate running skills
・Learn the basics of hurdle racing
・Learn the basics of throwing events
- Practice independently in cooperation with peers using the space and tools provided for the task
- Learn baton passing skills and run a 4x100m relay using separate lanes

3 Junior high school students and above (17:30-19:00)

aims The aim is for students to master specialized running techniques, develop strength and endurance, and achieve their individual goals.
Program - Set medium to long-term goals and actively participate in official competitions.
- Acquire intermediate and advanced running skills.
・In addition to their specialty, they will also take on multiple other sports, acquiring a wide range of skills in order to reach a high level of competition.
・Understand your own challenges and tackle them in a planned and persistent manner
・Actively take the opportunity to interact with peers and younger peers and provide appropriate advice
