The "4 Run" advocated by the general supervisor "Susumu Takano" aims to improve basic running ability by learning the correct way to run while having fun with music through "rhythmic skipping". In addition, we are conducting "running education activities" that aim to "educate people through sports" and to foster "self-discipline", "self-esteem" and "cooperation" while participating in sports.

| aims | Focusing on full-body exercise using the arms and legs, the program aims to teach the basic movements of running while enjoying the fun of running. |
