Since she was a child, she has had various dance experiences, including rhythmic gymnastics, jazz, soul, hip-hop, and contemporary dance, and discovered cheerdance in her teens.
In 2007, she served as captain of the Japanese professional cheerleading team, and won the U.S. Cheerleading Championships, beating the US team.
Participated in the establishment of the Japan Cheer Dance Association, a general incorporated association.
She works as a dancer in artists' concerts, and also performs and coordinates choreography for dramas, commercials, music videos, events, competitions and stage performances, as well as serving as a judge at various competitions.
In 2017, he won the Choreography Award.
Through cheerdance, children will develop their physical abilities, cooperation (communication skills), imagination and expression while interacting with music and people.
