  • ① Register your email address

    "Registration/Login Page" Enter your email address in the "New Registration" form on the right side of the page if you are using a PC, or at the bottom of the page if you are using a smartphone, and click "Proceed to Registration."

    *If you do not have an email address or a PC or smartphone, please use the terminals at the counters of each facility.

  • ② Enter the URL in the confirmation email.

    When you click the "Proceed to Registration" button, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you entered. Please click on the URL in the email within 30 minutes to complete your registration.

    *If you cannot find the email, please check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, please register your email address again in step ①.

  • ③ Register your personal information

    Click on the URL in the email to proceed to the registration form. After entering the required information, click on the "Confirm" button at the bottom of the screen. Please note that the password you entered at this time will be used to log in in the future, so please make sure you do not forget it.

  • ④ Note down the registration number(Registration complete)

    Once the form has been submitted, a confirmation email will be sent automatically. The registration number in this email will be your personal login ID, so please keep this email safe. This completes your registration.

Feature phone users and those without email addresses

Please use the terminals at the reception desk of each facility (Sports Center Gymnasium, Chitose Heated Pool, Okura Sports Center No. 2). After completing the registration, a user ID card with a 2D code will be issued.
