Second and subsequent applicationsEasy!Payment by credit card is also possible! Once you register with the system, you can easily apply to participate in classes and competitions anytime, anywhere from your smartphone or PC. Please register to develop a daily exercise habit.
Registration procedure

① Register your email address
"Registration/Login Page" Enter your email address in the "New Registration" form on the right side of the page on a PC, or at the bottom of the page on a smartphone, and click "Send temporary registration email."
*If you do not have an email address or a PC or smartphone, please use the terminals at the counters of each facility.

② Enter the URL in the confirmation email.
When you click the "Send temporary registration email" button, a confirmation email "Temporary registration information" will be sent to the email address you entered. Please click the URL in the email within 30 minutes to complete your registration.
*If you cannot find the email, please check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, please register your email address again in step ①.

③ Register your personal information
Click on the URL in the email to proceed to the registration form. After entering the required information, click on the "Confirm" button at the bottom of the screen. Please note that the password you entered at this time will be used to log in in the future, so please make sure you do not forget it.

④ Note down the registration number(Registration complete)
Once you have completed submitting the form, a confirmation email "Registration Complete" will be automatically sent to you. The registration number written in this email will be your personal login ID, so please keep this email safe. This completes your registration.
How to log in and use

① Enter your ID and passwordlog in
"Registration/Login Page" and enter your registration number and password in the "For those who have already registered" form on the left side of the page on a PC or at the top of the page on a smartphone, then click "Log in." Your registration number is the 8-digit number listed in the email you received when you registered, and your password is the string of characters you entered when you registered.

② Find classes and tournaments
"List of classes and tournaments" page, find the class or tournament you like, and proceed to the details page.

③ Click the application button
Please check the details and if you would like to participate, click the "Apply" button at the bottom of the page.
*You can also apply by fax or postcard, but an additional administrative fee of 220 yen will be charged.
Please also note that the application deadline is 7 days earlier than for online applications, and there may be delays in line entry on a first-come, first-served basis.

④ Check the contents and press the button.
Check that the application details are correct and click the "Confirm" button at the bottom of the page.

⑤ Select your payment method
Please select your payment method from "Credit card payment," "Convenience store payment," or "Pay-easy payment." Please check that the details are correct and click the "Proceed to confirmation screen" button at the bottom of the page. Please note that if you do not pay by the payment deadline for convenience store or Pay-easy payments, your order will be automatically canceled. If you have points and have paid for your second or subsequent visits, you can use them to apply a discount. You will receive 2 point for every 100 yen of class participation fee.
*You can avoid having to enter your credit card information every time by pre-registering it on your My Page.

⑥ Check the contents
Please check that the class you are applying for, applicant information, participant information, and payment method are correct, and then click the "Apply with these details" button.

⑦ Application completed
This completes your application. If you have been selected by lottery, you will be notified of the results by email. If you selected "Convenience store payment" or "Pay-easy payment" as your payment method, please make your payment by the payment deadline.
Cancel
cancellation charge
If you cancel, the following cancellation fee and handling fee (220 yen) will be charged.
To receive a refund, you will need to register your account information in advance on your My Page.

How to cancel
The cancellation procedures are different for "Credit card payment," "Convenience store payment," and "Pay-easy payment." Please follow the procedure below. If you have applied for multiple family members at once with family registration, we can only accept cancellations for all family members at once. Individual cancellations are not possible.

Three days or less prior to the class: Please call the contact number listed on the details page for each class. - Convenience store settlement

Please use the terminals at each facility (Sports Center Gymnasium, Sports Center Heated Pool, Chitose Heated Pool, Okura Second Sports Center).
[ Application ]
Please apply from an environment where you can access the website, or apply via the terminal at the counter of each facility.
There are some services that cannot be applied for via counter terminals.
*If you have not registered your email address, please be sure to check the lottery results, participation details, etc. on your My Page.
[Payment Method]
Only available at convenience stores (7-Eleven).
[Participate]
Please check the participation details on your My Page from the counter terminal (some exceptions apply) or an environment where you can access the website before participating.
For those who wish to apply by fax or postcard
[ Application ]
Please fill in the required information (business name, address, name, phone number, date of birth, age, and gender) and submit your application.
However, there are the following restrictions:

- ●If it is first come first served, there may be delays in your turn.
