Introduction of IC cards for the General Athletic Meet Training Room (from Saturday, April 1, 2023)
Starting Saturday, April 5, 4, IC cards will be introduced in the General Athletic Meet Training Room.

IC card usage guide
1. How to use
(1) IC cards will be issued at the counter, so please speak to a staff member.
(2) Charge the issued IC card with the following amount (cash only):
① Deposit (charge) amount 1,000 yen → Available amount 1,100 yen
② Deposit (charge) amount 3,000 yen → Available amount 3,300 yen
(3) Purchase a ticket using the charged IC card.
2. Important Notices
(1) IC cards can only be used at the facility where they were issued.
(2) Payment is limited to facility usage fees (training room) only.
(3) The remaining balance can be checked at the ticket vending machine or fare adjustment machine.

(5) The validity period is five years from the date of the last issuance or recharging of the IC card, or the purchase of a facility pass using the IC card.
(6) You cannot transfer the remaining balance to another IC card. Please use only one IC card per person.
(7) The remaining amount cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
(8) We will not reissue or refund the remaining amount due to loss, theft, or damage, and we will not be held responsible for such cases.
