Starting Wednesday, March 1, 2023, the tickets for the Sports Complex's heated swimming pool will be changed from magnetic cards to IC cards.

1. How to use
(1) IC cards will be issued at the front desk on the first floor. Please speak to a staff member.
(2) Charge the issued IC card with the following amount:
① Deposit (charge) amount 1,000 yen → Available amount 1,100 yen
② Deposit (charge) amount 3,000 yen → Available amount 3,300 yen
(3) Purchase a voucher using the charged IC card.
Due to the introduction of IC cards, sales of magnetic cards (tickets) will end on Tuesday, January 31, 2023.
*Magnetic cards (tickets) that you have already purchased can continue to be used.
2. Important Notices
(1) IC cards can only be used at the facility where they were issued.
(2) This card can only be used to pay facility usage fees (individual usage fees). It cannot be used for group use or classroom payments.
(3) Tickets and charges can only be made with cash.
(4) The remaining balance can be checked at the ticket vending machine or fare adjustment machine.

(6) The validity period is five years from the date of the last issuance of the IC card, the date of charging the IC card, or the date of the purchase of a facility pass using the IC card.
