Chitose Heated Pool "Zazen & Yoga" Event Announcement [Pre-registration via website]

On Saturday, June 13th and Saturday, June 27th,Zen meditation and yoga"It will be held. 
Zazen can help improve concentration and reduce stress, while yoga can help you feel refreshed and correct any imbalances in your body.  
Beginners are welcome to both Zen and yoga.

Event Outline

[Date and time] June 13th (Sat) and 27th (Sat) 18:00-19:30

[Venue] Chitose Heated Pool, 4th floor, Health and Exercise Room

[Target] High school students and above

[Capacity] 26 people per session (advance registration required)

[Participation Fee] 1,100 yen per session (the program will be the same for each session)
 

Application start

Thursday, May 25th, from 9:00 AMApplications are now open (first come, first served, applications will close once capacity is reached).
