Regarding group reservations for March due to gymnasium seating handrail repair work
Thank you very much for your continued use of our facility.
Scheduled to start in FebruaryThe "Gymnasium bleacher handrail repair work" will be completed early.
Due to this, we will be accepting group reservations for mid-March (for the January lottery) when the facility was scheduled to be closed, as follows. Thank you for your understanding.
Construction period and usage restrictions
Construction begins: February 2026 (as planned)
Construction completion date: Thursday, March 12, 2026 (This was brought forward significantly from the original end of March.)
Lottery applications and reservations for March
The following dates are available for reservations for the lottery application to be held in January.
Reservations can be made from Friday, March 13th to Tuesday, March 31st, 2026.
* Excluding dates where reservations for public events (tournaments, etc.) have been made.
Points to note
・Depending on the progress of construction, the construction period may be delayed or advanced and the available date may change. In that case, we will contact you again.
・During the construction period in February, all access will be suspended as originally planned.
