Regarding new issuance of IC cards (tickets) (from October 1, 2025)

In order to optimize services for all ward residents, the issuance of IC cards (multiple-ride tickets)* will now only be available to those who live, work, or study in the ward. When issuing a new card, you will need to submit an application form.

In addition, the use of IC cards (tickets) will be expanded at some facilities (rooms).

　*IC card (ticket): 10% of the purchase price will be deducted.

Issuance method

At the counter of each facility listed above, you will be asked to fill out the "IC Card Application Form" with the necessary information (name, contact details, address or place of employment/study, etc.), and then your IC card will be issued.
