Personal Stretching (General Athletic Grounds and Okura Second Athletic Grounds)
Come experience the comfortable stretching of your shoulders, waist, and other areas that you would not be able to achieve on your own with the help of a trainer!

Reservation method
・Reservations for the following month will begin at 25:9 a.m. on the XNUMXth of each month.
・You can make a reservation through the reservation system "hacomono". Click here to register or book »
・Reservations can be made up to 30 minutes before the day of the event. Cancellations can be made up to the day before.
・For last minute reservations made within 30 minutes or cancellations on the day, please call the following number.
Points to note
・Please cancel as early as possible as there are customers waiting. (There is no cancellation fee.)
・Please be sure to contact us if you are going to be late for your reservation. Depending on the reservation situation, we may shorten the time.
・There is no limit to the number of reservations you can make, but there is a limit to the number of reservations you can make. Please refrain from making more reservations than necessary in order to secure a spot.
・Those who fall under any of the following categories are requested to refrain from participating in the program. In addition, if the trainer determines that they cannot provide services safely due to a medical history, injury, etc., they may refuse to participate.
① Those who have been advised by their doctor to stop exercising
② Those whose blood pressure on the day is 180mmHg (maximum) / 110mmHg (minimum) or higher
3) After drinking alcohol
4. Those who are pregnant or may be pregnant
