Please read the following terms of use before using wearable devices (wrist-worn type) in pools managed by our foundation.

Terms of use

・Wearable devices that can be used must be fully waterproof, wrist-worn (wristwatch-type or wristband-type), and equipped with healthcare functions (exercise records and health management). *Examples of healthcare functions: heart rate monitor, activity level, etc.
 
・The only functions that can be used are the health care functions (exercise records and health management). Use of the camera, calling functions, etc. is prohibited.
 
- When using your wearable device, be sure to wear a cover or band to protect it.
■The covers and bands to be worn are made of soft materials such as rubber, and the entire wearable device is(Mainly the screen and band)Please wear clothing that covers your eyes.
 
・You may be asked by lifeguards about the wearable device and its cover or band. Please note that if the lifeguards deem it dangerous, you will be asked to stop using it.
 
・If you are using a wearable device, please keep a sufficient distance from other users to avoid contact. We are not responsible for any trouble caused by contact between customers.

Others

- We are not responsible for any malfunction, damage, theft, etc. of the wearable device or its cover or band during use.

What is a wearable device?

This is a general term for devices that are intended to be worn on the body and are multi-function devices that can be used for a variety of purposes beyond simply checking the time.
In our foundation's definition, the device will be a watch or wristband type device worn on the wrist that has the function of recording exercise and managing physical condition.
