How to Use

User registration

If a group wishes to use Setagaya Ward's sports facilities, etc., registration as a user on "Keyaki Net" is required.

[ Registration type ]

There are two types of user registration for the public facility information system "Keyaki Net". The facilities available to you depend on the type of registration. After you register, you will be issued a registration card.

Group Registration
All facilities covered by "Keyaki Net" can be used.
Tennis Group Registration
The facilities that can be used are limited to the tennis courts at Setagaya, Hanegi, Tamagawa Nogemachi Park, General Athletic Grounds, Okura Second Athletic Ground, and Ricoh Kinuta General Athletic Ground.

[ Fee ]

A one-time registration fee of 1,500 yen will be charged, and a renewal fee of 2 yen will be charged every two years.

[Registration requirements]

Group Registration
  • (1) The total number of members must be five or more.
  • (2) More than half of the members must be residents, employees, or students within Setagaya Ward.
  • (3) The representative must be a person aged 18 or older who will be responsible for the use of the facility and will be obligated to pay the usage fees.
  • (4) In principle, the representative must be a resident of Setagaya Ward.
Tennis Group Registration
  • (1) The total number of members must be between two and four.
  • (2) Two or more members must reside, work, or study in Setagaya Ward.
  • (3) The representative must be a person aged 18 or older who will be responsible for the use of the facility and will be obligated to pay the usage fees.
  • (4) In principle, the representative must be a resident of Setagaya Ward.

Application for use

You can apply for the lottery (only for groups residing in the ward) and reserve available facilities online through "Keyaki Net."

[Other application methods]

General Athletic Field/Futako Tamagawa Green Park Athletic Field
Organizations that are not registered with "Keyaki Net" but meet the requirements for registration with "Keyaki Net" can apply for vacant facilities from the 2th of the month two months prior to the month in which they will be using the facility. Please contact each facility for details.
Gymnasium of the General Athletic Grounds, Athletic Stadium, Gymnasium of Okura Second Athletic Grounds
If an organization that meets the registration requirements of "Keyaki Net" wishes to use the facility for an entire day for a tournament or other event, applications can be made from the first Sunday of the month six months prior to the month in which the facility will be used. Please contact each facility for details.
(Applications for April to June will be accepted from the first Sunday of January in principle.)

[Prohibitions]

Use by an unspecified number of people, commercial activities, and other activities that are not in keeping with the purpose of the facility or that may be a nuisance to other users are not permitted, so registration for such activities is not permitted. Furthermore, multiple registrations by the same organization or tennis group are not permitted.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to use the service for any reason, please cancel as soon as possible. In addition, cancellation fees will be charged in stages from 7 days before the date of use. The cancellation fees are as follows:

7-6 days ago
20% of the usage fee
5-3 days ago
50% of the usage fee
2-1 days ago
80% of the usage fee
From that day onwards
100% of the usage fee

*If you do not notify us of your cancellation in advance, we will treat it as an unauthorized cancellation and you will be charged the full usage fee.
*If you repeatedly cancel without permission, your service may be suspended.

[Cancellation due to bad weather]

Please contact the management office of each outdoor facility if you wish to cancel due to bad weather (rain, strong winds, extreme heat, etc.). We will accept cancellations (free of charge) due to bad weather up to two hours before the start time on the day of use.
*Please note that if you cancel via the Internet or your device, the above cancellation fee will be charged.
