Precautions for use
Usage time includes the time it takes to set up, clean up, and leave the facility.
Use for commercial purposes is not permitted. Sales of goods and contracts are also prohibited.
Eating, drinking and smoking are prohibited within the facility (school grounds). Please inform performers and visitors of this rule.
There is no parking lot, so coming by car is strictly prohibited. If you would like to use a car to bring in equipment, you must get permission in advance from the Open House Office.
We do not allow the bringing of dangerous items or bringing pets (except for service dogs).
Please inspect the venue, check the items, and discuss with staff. We may not be able to accommodate sudden requests on the day.
Please refrain from playing drums or other instruments (at a loud volume) as this may disturb the neighbors.
Please refrain from playing or practicing musical instruments outside the hall.
Even after approval for use, the facility may not be available for use due to elections or events sponsored by the ward or school.
If you violate the conditions or purpose of use, or do not follow the instructions of staff, you will be denied use.
