*There is no time limit for single tickets.
*Entry and exit is not permitted during usage hours.
*If you have a disability certificate, please present it at the office reception on the 1st floor.
*Free tickets will be given to people with disabilities at the office reception on the 1st floor, and toddlers at the reception on the 1st floor.
*Cashless payments (credit cards, QR codes, electronic money) are also available. Please contact each facility for details.
*IC cards can only be used by people who live, work, or study in the ward.

About individual lessons

1. To ensure that as many people as possible can use the facilities safely, securely and comfortably, individual instruction is prohibited at the pool facilities.
2. This does not include private lessons for relatives within the second degree of kinship. (You may be asked to provide proof of kinship.)
3. This excludes lessons for up to three seniors (3 years old or older), people with disabilities, or preschoolers, including instructors who apply in advance.

About applying for individual guidance (if the above 3 applies for individual guidance)

1. The basic rule is that participants should invite instructors, and instructors are asked to refrain from recruiting participants.
2. Please apply in advance at the management office.
3. As of April 28, 4, senior citizens and preschool children will be required to present a certificate.
4. Participants and instructors will meet outside the entrance gate and enter the gate at the same time.
5. This is subject to the condition that it does not interfere with general swimming.
6. The number of people may be limited depending on the level of congestion.
7. Up to 5 groups per time slot.
8. Please refrain from providing individual lessons between 7:8 and 12:16 on Sundays and public holidays from July to August.

Precautions for use

1. Please make sure to wear a swimming cap.
2. You cannot enter or swim in anything other than a swimsuit.
3. Children who are not completely out of diapers (including pool diapers) or training pants will not be allowed to enter the pool.
4. You are not allowed to bring in or wear anything other than your swimsuit, swimming cap, swimming goggles, and towel (watches, jewelry, etc.). Please leave your glasses at the glasses stand by the pool.

5. Soap, shampoo, sunscreen, sunscreen, etc. are not permitted.
6. Please thoroughly remove any makeup, hair products, etc. before entering the pool.

9. Those suffering from an infectious disease or those who have been diagnosed by a doctor as unsuitable for water exercise are not permitted to use the facility.
