How to Use
Please purchase a ticket at the ticket machine and use it.
Precautions for use
When climbing, please follow the instructions of the staff and observe the following rules. If these rules are not followed, you may be asked to leave.
To ensure safety and maintain a proper environment, please follow the instructions of staff.
Users must also check for safety themselves.
Climbing is done at your own risk. Failure to observe basic safety rules can lead to accidents, and one person's carelessness or violation of the rules can put others in danger, so please be fully aware of this when climbing.
Do not climb with superficial knowledge, always check with staff if you have any questions or concerns, and enjoy climbing responsibly.
Do not step onto or sit on the mats below when other people are using the climbing wall.
Please be careful not to get your fingers caught in or hang from any hanging metal parts (hangers) or carabiners attached to the climbing wall. This is extremely dangerous.
Those eligible to use the facility are limited to those who have attended the "Climbing Wall Safety Instruction Seminar" conducted by Setagaya Ward and have been issued a certificate.
In the event of an accident, injury or illness, please report it to a member of staff immediately.
Before using any equipment such as ropes, harnesses, or belay devices, please make sure that there are no problems with using them.
Please do not monopolise the climbing wall (route) for long periods of time (approximately 5 minutes per person).
Be careful not to cross the ropes.
Please be careful not to get in the way of the belayer (the person securing the rope).
Guests under the influence of alcohol are not permitted to enter the facility.
Don't joke around.
Be sure to check for loose holds and damage while climbing.
If you notice anything unusual about the climbing wall, stop using it immediately and report it to a member of staff.
Please do not move any holds without permission from an attendant.
Please take your trash with you.
Please do not engage in any acts that go against public order and morals.
Children up to junior high school age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when using the facility.
Please do not let your nails grow when climbing. Nail clippers are available, so please ask a member of staff if you need one.
Please take care of your belongings. Do not leave your belongings in the changing rooms.
Please do not shout loudly (this will disturb other facility users and climbers).
If you use rental equipment, please disinfect it and return it to its original location.
