About individual lessons
To ensure that as many people as possible can use the facilities safely, securely and comfortably, individual instruction is prohibited at the pool facilities.
This does not include private lessons for relatives within the second degree of kinship. (You may be asked to provide proof of kinship.)
This excludes lessons for up to three seniors (3 years old or older), people with disabilities, or preschoolers, including instructors who apply in advance.

Requests regarding use of each course
In principle, quick turns are prohibited on the full swimming course. Please make sure to move to the next lane before swimming. *Quick turns may be permitted depending on the course's usage. Please inquire at each facility.

How to Use
How to register as a user
In order to use the Karasuyama Junior High School heated swimming pool as a group, you must register in advance. You can register by filling out the user registration application form and the user registration group list at the Karasuyama Junior High School heated swimming pool reception desk.
Registration requirements
The requirements for user registration are as follows. However, activities that are not in keeping with the purpose of the facility, such as sales activities by instructors, and activities that may be a nuisance to other users are prohibited. Also, multiple registrations by the same organization are not permitted.
The total number of members must be five or more.
More than half of the members must have an address, workplace or school within Setagaya Ward.
The representative must be a person aged 18 or over who is able to take responsibility for the use of the facilities and pay the facility usage fees.
When conducting training, the recipient (registered organization) is required to invite the instructor and is prohibited from recruiting participants for training.
Registration period
The registration period is renewed annually. If you wish to renew your registration, you will need to complete the renewal procedure using the designated application form (every April).
Terms of use
If you wish to use additional equipment, please discuss this with staff in advance.

Reservation method
Groups can apply for one month's use from the 1st of the month prior to the month in which they wish to use the facility (1:1 p.m.). If there are any overlaps, a lottery will be held on the spot to determine the application.

Suspension of use/disqualification for registration

If you fail to use the facilities without permission despite having applied to use them.
If there is a default in payment of the usage fee.
If any false information is stated in the user registration.
If there is a change in the user registration information but the change is not reported, and the registrant's whereabouts become unknown.
If you do not complete the renewal procedure for your user registration.
