Precautions for use

  1. On the day of use, please come to the management office and complete the registration process before using the facility.
  2. There is no parking lot. Please use the nearby paid parking lots.
  3. There are no vending machines. Please bring your own drinks.
  4. Metal spikes and high-rebound bats are not permitted.
  5. We do not lend out any equipment other than baseball bases and soccer/futsal goals.
  6. The futsal courts are available for rental as a set of three courts. They cannot be rented out individually.
  7. Please use a batting cage as a general rule when taking batting practice.
  8. Please prepare and clean up within the time limit. After use, please return all equipment to its designated place.
  9. Fraudulent applications, transfer or sublease of usage rights, and commercial use are prohibited.
  10. Use of the facility for the purpose of photography, selling goods within the facility, or advertising is prohibited.
  11. It is not permitted to use the information for any other purpose. If the information is used for any other purpose, we may refuse your request.
  12. Unauthorized use of sports facilities and practicing outside of the facilities are prohibited.
  13. We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur within the facility, or theft or loss of valuables, baggage, etc. We recommend that you take out your own sports insurance to prepare for injuries or accidents.
  14. Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited within the sports facilities. Please use the designated areas.
  15. Please refrain from bringing infants or small children to avoid any danger. Pets are also not permitted.
  16. Please take all trash home with you.
  17. Outdoor facilities may be closed due to weather or other reasons. Please check in advance.
  18. The facility may be unavailable due to inspection and maintenance work, etc.
  19. Those under the influence of alcohol, those suffering from an infectious disease, and those who have been diagnosed by a doctor as unsuitable for exercise are not permitted to use the facility.
  20. Staff may enter the facility to ensure that it is being used appropriately.
  21. Please be mindful not to disturb the neighbors as there are residential areas nearby, and please refrain from making loud noises, especially at night, and from letting balls go outside the court.
  22. To be considerate of neighbors, the lighting is kept low brightness (just enough for baseball players to hit the ball).
  23. Please follow the instructions of staff when using the facility.
