Precautions for use

1. On the day of use, please come to the management office and complete the registration process before using the facility.
2. As this facility uses red clay courts, it cannot be used in bad weather such as rain. In addition, depending on the condition of the court due to the weather the day before, it may not be possible to use the facility even if the weather is fine on the day of use.
   *During winter, depending on frost conditions, the product may not be available regardless of the weather.
3. Please contact the local management office directly to check whether the courts will be available on the day. Please note that even if the courts are closed due to rain on the day, the facility will not contact the user group individually.
4. Changing rooms in the clubhouse are not available.
5. We do not provide rental balls, rackets, shoes, etc. Please be sure to bring your own equipment.
   *Please use shoes suitable for clay courts.
6. Up to 1 people can use one slot (1 hours per court).
7. Please prepare and clean up within the time limit. After use, please return all equipment to its designated place.
8. Fraudulent applications, transfer or sublease of usage rights, and commercial use are prohibited.
9. Use of the facility for the purpose of photography, selling goods within the facility, or advertising is prohibited.
10. It is not permitted to use the information for any other purpose. If the information is used for any other purpose, we may refuse your request.
11. Unauthorized use of sports facilities and practicing outside of the facilities are prohibited.
12. We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur within the facility, or theft or loss of valuables, baggage, etc. We recommend that you take out your own sports insurance to prepare for injuries or accidents.
13. Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited within the sports facilities. Please use the designated areas.
14. Please take all trash home with you.
15. Outdoor facilities may be closed due to weather or other reasons. Please check in advance.
16. The facility may be unavailable due to inspection and maintenance work, etc.
17. Those under the influence of alcohol, those suffering from an infectious disease, and those who have been diagnosed by a doctor as unsuitable for exercise are not permitted to use the facility.
18. Staff may enter the facility to ensure that it is being used appropriately.
19. The facility is located on Dai-ichi Life Insurance Company's private property. Please be mindful of your manners when passing through.
20. Please follow the instructions of staff when using the facility.
