Usage Fees

*There is no time limit for single tickets.
*Entry and exit is not permitted during usage hours.
*If you have a disability certificate, please present it at the office reception on the 1st floor.
*Those eligible for free use will receive a free ticket at the office reception on the 1st floor.
*Cashless payments (credit cards, QR codes, electronic money) are also available. Please contact each facility for details.
*IC cards can only be used by people who live, work, or study in the ward.

About individual lessons

1. To ensure that as many people as possible can use the facilities safely, securely and comfortably, individual instruction is prohibited at the pool facilities.
2. This does not include private lessons for relatives within the second degree of kinship. (You may be asked to provide proof of kinship.)
3. This excludes lessons for up to three seniors (3 years old or older), people with disabilities, or preschoolers, including instructors who apply in advance.

About applying for individual guidance (if the above 3 applies for individual guidance)

1. Please refrain from providing individual lessons between 7:8 and 12:16 on Sundays and public holidays from July to August.
2. The basic rule is that participants should invite instructors, and instructors are asked to refrain from recruiting participants.
3. Please apply in advance at the management office.
4. Senior citizens and preschool children are required to present identification.
5. Participants and instructors will meet outside the entrance gate and enter the gate at the same time.
6. This is subject to the condition that it does not interfere with general swimming.
7. The number of people may be limited depending on the level of congestion.
8. Up to 5 groups per time slot.

Precautions for use

1. Please make sure to wear a swimming cap.
2. You cannot enter or swim in anything other than a swimsuit.
3. Children who are not completely out of diapers (including pool diapers) or training pants will not be allowed to enter the pool.
4. You are not allowed to bring in or wear anything other than your swimsuit, swimming cap, swimming goggles, and towel (watches, jewelry, etc.). Please leave your glasses at the glasses stand by the pool.

5. Soap, shampoo, sunscreen, sunscreen, etc. are not permitted.
6. Please take a shower and thoroughly wash off any makeup or hair products before entering the pool.
7. If you have tattoos, please wear a rash guard or tape them away to cover them.
8. Cameras, videos, headsets, documents, mobile phones, swim rings, etc. are not permitted to be brought into the venue.
9. The water slide is only available to those over 120cm tall.
10. Those suffering from an infectious disease or those who have been diagnosed by a doctor as unsuitable for water exercise are not permitted to use the facility.
11. To prevent danger, please refrain from the following actions:

12. Children in grades 4 to 6 who are using the facility alone after 6:XNUMX p.m. must be accompanied by an adult or picked up and dropped off.
13. Children in the third grade of elementary school or younger must be accompanied by a guardian (a family member of high school age or above, or a person in their place). The guardian must also wear a swimsuit and swimming cap. (One adult may accompany up to two children in the third grade of elementary school or younger.)
14. Taking photographs at the facility, selling goods within the facility, or advertising is strictly prohibited.
15. Please use the lockers for storing valuables. (Located in front of reception on the 1st floor and in front of the gate on the 2nd floor.)
16. Please note that the facility will not take any responsibility for theft or loss. In addition, the facility will not take any responsibility for accidents caused by your own negligence or carelessness while touring or using the facility.

Use of the flow pool

The pool is open all day during the summer vacation period, on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, but is closed between 9:00 and 15:55 on weekdays. Please use the pool for underwater walking, etc.
