Overview

- New elementary school 1st grade and above*Elementary school students cannot participate alone. Parents must apply together.

- Adult: 1,200 Yen
Elementary and junior high school students: 600 yen*Payment required in advance.

- Water bottle, rain gear, hat, health insurance card, "26th Tama River Walk Certification Tag", course map*Those who have applied will receive a "26th Tama River Walk Certification Plate" in advance from the organizers. Please be sure to bring it with you on the day.

- All participants will receive a participation prize. In addition, those who complete each course will be given a completion certificate upon reaching the finish line.

Please agree to the following terms and conditions before applying.
In principle, the event will be held even in the case of rain, but it may be canceled or suspended due to changes in social conditions, bad weather, earthquakes, storms and floods, incidents, accidents, epidemics, etc. Even in these cases, participation fees will not be refunded.
Participation by anyone other than the applicant is not permitted.
The start time may be specified by the organizer.
Please walk at your own risk, referring to the course map that will be sent to you in advance. Staff will guide you in places where it is difficult to understand. Also, the course may be changed depending on the course conditions.
Any unforeseen accidents that occur during the event are the sole responsibility of the participant. The organizers are not responsible for any other accidents, loss, or theft, except for the scope of insurance and first aid. Please follow the instructions of the event staff for first aid. (Insurance fees are included in the participation fee.)
If the event is cancelled, we will announce it on the website of the Setagaya Sports Foundation by 7:00am on the day of the event.
There will be no luggage storage or changing rooms available for participants.
Participants should check their health condition beforehand and participate only in perfect health. If you feel unwell during the walk, do not push yourself and stop walking. Also, if a staff member or doctor examines the participant's health condition and decides to stop the walk, please follow their instructions.
Photos, videos, articles, records, etc. of this event will be posted on the organizer's website and provided to media organizations. In addition, filming may also be conducted by television stations. Please note this in advance. All portrait rights and publishing rights pertaining to this event belong to the organizer.

Our foundation strives to improve services for local residents, such as safe management of facilities and efficient operation of projects, with the aim of realizing a "lifelong sports society" through sports and recreational activities for local residents. We recognize that safely managing the personal information entrusted to us is an important social responsibility of our foundation, and will handle it as follows. Please confirm the contents and agree to them before applying (participating).
1. We will keep your personal information (such as your name, address, contact details, etc.) for the purpose of using it to the extent necessary for introducing our foundation's activities, managing the safety of our facilities, responding to emergencies, smoothly implementing and operating our activities, providing services and information, various surveys, and public relations and PR activities.
2. The personal information entrusted to us will be managed appropriately in accordance with the "Personal Information Protection Policy" established by the Foundation, and the Deputy Secretary General will be responsible for managing all such information.
3. Providing personal information is optional. 6. Depending on the content of the business, personal information may be entrusted (consigned) to a contractor. In such cases, we will select a contractor that satisfies a sufficient standard of protection for personal information, and will obligate the contractor by contract to ensure that the personal information is not leaked or provided again, and will ensure that the contractor implements appropriate management.
7. You have the right to request the disclosure of your personal information and, as a result, the correction or deletion of that information. If you wish to disclose, correct, etc. your information, please contact the Foundation.
