OVERVIEW
The Setagaya 246 Online Half Marathon is an event where participants do not gather at one venue and start at the same time, but instead start from their own locations and aim to complete the half marathon online.
There is no strict time limit like in the main race. It's okay if you can't complete the race in one go. You can run any course you like, whenever you like, and aim to complete the race.

Participation rules and precautions
- During the event period, please run a half marathon (21.0975km) according to your participation type.
- Please note that when applying for a record (uploading a file), if there are any deficiencies such as insufficient distance, inconfirmable dates, or dates outside the period, your application will be invalid and you will not be considered as a finisher.
- This is not a time competition. Please run at a pace that suits your physical condition and fitness.
- Please obey traffic signals and comply with the Road Traffic Act and other laws. It is okay to stop along the way for a break or at a red light.
- To prevent the spread of infection by COVID-19, please refrain from riding in crowded areas such as downtown areas or in large groups.
- If you are running with multiple people, please be mindful to keep a sufficient distance between you.
- Please consider safety when running, such as using sports parks or riverside running courses whenever possible. Also, run during daylight hours, and if you have to run at night, please take steps to prevent traffic accidents by wearing luminous reflective materials or lights.
- Please refrain from any actions that may cause inconvenience to others, such as disrupting general traffic.
- If obvious irregularities are found based on the distance traveled, pace, etc., the participant will be disqualified and entry fees and prizes will not be refunded.

- The organizers will make the final decision as to whether or not to scale down or cancel the event due to earthquakes, storms, floods, snowfall, incidents, accidents, epidemics, infectious diseases, etc., and whether and how to refund participation fees.
