In order for our foundation to continue to play a central role in realizing a lifelong sports society for ward residents, the organization must continue to grow sustainably, and we believe that the foundation for this is "the constant health of employees and their families." Our foundation will continue to promote the maintenance and improvement of employees' health and the creation of a comfortable working environment, and will continue to contribute to the realization of a lifelong sports society where all ward residents can live healthy and fulfilling lives both physically and mentally.

Health and Productivity Management Promotion System
The chairman is the person in charge of promoting health management, and the Management Section of the Administration Division will be in charge of promoting health management and managing the health of employees. In addition, we will organize a safety and health committee and project teams as organizational bodies to further promote the measures and put into practice various initiatives.
